Aldea Works is a community-based micro-help platform connecting neighbors in San Diego who need immediate or same-day assistance with trusted local helpers. We focus on short, practical tasks — typically 1 to 2 hours — to help people breathe a little easier.

What is Aldea?
Aldea is currently founder-led and the founders will be executing the support.

Who are the helpers?
YES. Every helper who joins the Aldea will be reviewed and will complete a comprehensive background check, including identity verification.

Will helpers be vetted?
What types of tasks are NOT supported?

Aldea is not designed for:
Full-day or ongoing work commitments
Professional caregiving, medical support, or physical therapy
Tasks requiring licensed contractors (electrical, plumbing, etc.)
Anything illegal or unethical
We offer support in morning, midday, and evening windows. Same-day requests are available depending on capacity. As expand, our capacity will also expand.
